About the Event

International Inclusive Forum of Creative Industries (MIFKI) is a unique project for gifted children and young persons with disabilities from the CIS countries and regions of Russia. MIFKI is a space for self-expression, friendship and development, uniting those involved in creative activities: theater, cinema, visual art, literature, music, choreography, digital culture, circus.
The Business program of the Forum encourages inclusion specialists from different countries to share experience and practical approaches, discuss important issues and current problems of their field.

Who can participate

Young talents aged 10+ years, persons aged 14 to 35 years with disabilities/special needs, as well as creative teams from 89 regions of Russia and the CIS countries that are engaged in one or several creative areas. The business program of the Forum is open to leaders of creative teams that develop projects involving people with disabilities, and to inclusion specialists/experts.

Participation format:

Registered participants and teams will come to Moscow where on September 25-29, 2025 they will take part in creative meetings, workshops, open lectures and cultural and educational events, join adapted city tours and have the opportunity to present their creative works. Every day participants will enjoy interactive encounters, performances and festival program shows. The event is free. The number of participants is limited *.

From September 25 to September 29 there will be creative, educational, cultural, touristic, and business activities in 8 main creative areas. The schedule includes the arrival and departure days, as well as main and rehearsal programs.

What kinds of creative arts are present at the Forum?

The Forum embraces 8 main creative directions: theater, cinema, visual art, creative writing, music, choreography, digital culture, circus.

Where is the Forum held?

The Forum will be held from September 25 to 29, 2025 in Moscow. The participants will stay at Izmailovo Gamma and Delta hotels that will also be the venues for festival and educational programs of the Forum. The Opening and Closing ceremonies of the Forum will take place at the Druzhba Palace in Luzhniki.

Is there a fee for participants of the Forum?

The event is free. Travel expenses from the place of residence to the Forum venue, accommodation and meals are covered by the host party, i.e. the MIFKI Forum (ANO "Eurasia").

Who can participate in the Forum?

Children 10+ years old; young people with disabilities from 14 to 35 years old and their accompanying person (a parent or a guardian); leaders and members of creative teams from all regions of Russia and 9 CIS countries that are engaged in one or several creative areas.
The business program of the Forum is open to leaders of creative teams that develop projects involving people with disabilities, and to inclusion specialists/experts.

How do I apply to the Forum?

You must read the Forum Regulations (вставка-ссылка), submit an application attaching the necessary documents, and wait for the Forum curator to contact you so you can confirm the application.

What creative areas can I choose?

You can either focus on the one you are regularly engaged in, or choose several ones and visit different program areas of the Forum.

Can I take part in the Forum’s Festival Program?

When filling in the application you can make a note stating that you have a performance for the Festival program, attach video files, describe your creative achievements and make a list of competitions and festivals you took part in. The program of the Forum is formed by the Organizing Committee, and in case there will be free slots available, its representative will contact you. In any case, all participants have access to all blocks of the program. All participants regardless of their participation in the Festival program will get certificates.
